Catania–Fontanarossa Airport: This is the sensible international gateway. Take the direct airport-to-Ragusa coach (operators and timetables vary; check close to travel): allow about 1 hr 40 min–2 hr and roughly €9–12. It is far better value than a private transfer. Arrive at Ragusa’s intercity/AST bus area, then use an urban bus or taxi for Ibla.
Comiso “Pio La Torre” Airport: Only 18 km northeast of Ragusa, but do not assume there is an airport bus: the current local guidance says there is no bus service. Rent a car if you genuinely need one for the wider province, or take a taxi—about 30 minutes and around €50. For a Ragusa-only stay, CTA’s direct coach is usually the less frustrating arrival plan.
Ragusa railway station: The station is in Ragusa Superiore, near the AST/local bus nodes, not in atmospheric Ibla. It is a slow branch-line station: trains run north toward Gela and south toward Syracuse (about two hours), with no Sunday service stated in the current local guidance. Buy and validate your ticket before boarding. For Ibla, take AST 11 or 33 by day, line 1 on Sundays/holidays, or line 3 at night; a taxi is reasonable if carrying luggage.
